Both moved, so every clone URL, documentation link and the repository list example point at the new owner. The forge redirects the old paths, so nothing was broken; leaving them would just mean every link needing a redirect to resolve and the wrong owner appearing in anything copied out of here. Two were stale beyond the move. The firewall unit's Documentation= named a placeholder host and a path dejima no longer has - ci/README.md, which 404s at the new location - so it points at this repository instead, which is what documents that unit. And repos.example listed the old owner/repo form. Every rewritten URL was requested before committing: the two repositories and dejima's docs/ci.md all answer 200 at the new paths, and the clone URL serves git-upload-pack. The remote is moved too, and a fetch over it works. 76 ok, 0 failed.
