The guard comes first so every later commit is checked by it, and so the allowlist it carries is trimmed to what this repository can justify before there is anything to justify. The sister repository's entries for its job network and its fixtures are gone; the four ranges the node firewall drops and the three RFC 5737 ranges remain. Private now and public later changes nothing about this. Redaction before the first commit is free. Redaction afterwards means rewriting history and living with whatever was already cloned.
